Welcome to the iTeenChallenge.org website. We offer Staff Training materials, Student Curriculum, and a variety of other Resources to help those who work and volunteer in Teen Challenge.
This site is designed to serve Teen Challenge centers around the world, so we are committed to offering resources in a variety of languages.
On the home page there are major buttons to take you to the different areas of help we provide. A brief description of each is given below. This is a new website, still under construction, so some of the features will be greatly expanded in the months ahead.
Staff Training contains over 80 different topics of training organized under 8 major tracks (shown below). Some topics will only have one course, other topics will have 10-15 courses under that topic. These courses are offered at three levels:
Level 1 courses are for entry level staff, new volunteers and potential staff
Level 2 is for mid-level leaders
Level 3 courses provide advanced training for directors and other senior leaders.
All of these staff training materials can be used for personal study, or used for training the staff in your organization.
