 Click on the button to the left to enter the Staff Training area of the website. You will see the 8 major “Tracks” of staff training.
If you do not see the list of 8 major tracks on the left side, please click on the “Staff Training” button on the top of the screen.
When you click on any one of the Tracks, it will reveal all the “Topics” under that Track.
Click on any one of the “Topics” and it will reveal all the “Courses” under that Topic.
When you click on an individual “Course”, the Course Title Page will give a brief description of it. You will be able to download training materials and other resources related to this course.

The staff training area of this website is still under development so many of the topics have no courses listed yet. Please check back regularly since we are adding new courses every week.
Courses in languages other than English: Right now there are a number of courses available in other languages. You can use the search tool to look for training materials in a particular language.
