In a structured institutional setting, when residents do not follow prescribed rules and standards of behavior discipline, they need to be motivated towards change. Thus the name of this course is entitled DISCIPLINE FOR CHANGE. If students leave the residential program unchanged, the program has been a failure, and the biblical principles of discipleship have not been applied.
